Passengers are facing long delays on train services between Exeter and Penzance on Sunday.
Network Rail is reporting delays of more than an hour due to "poor rail conditions".
A spokesman said: "Poor rail conditions are causing delays of up to 90 minutes between Penzance and Exeter St Davids."
CrossCountry and First Great Western services are affected.
