A school technology adviser has pleaded not guilty at Crown Court to inciting a 15-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity.
Sports trainer Robin Toy will face a trial at Exeter Crown Court in the New Year after denying a single charge at a short plea and case management hearing.
Toy, aged 29, of Courtney Road, Tiverton, is accused of enticing a 15-year-old girl to engage in sexual activity between October 1 and 7.
The charges arise out of an alleged exchange of texts and Facebook messages between Toy and the complainant.
Toy is an IT consultant who has worked at schools around Devon but is not attached on any particular one.
