CREWS were called to B&Q in Exeter this afternoon after a fire in the staff canteen.
They attended the store on Avocet Road, Sowton Industrial Estate at 12.15pm today (Saturday)after an automatic fire alarm alerted them.
A spokesman said: "An appliance from Middlemoor was sent to investigate and found that there had been a small fire in the staff canteen that was out on arrival.
"Crews carried out an inspection only. The cause of fire was believed to be accidental."
