A woman has been taken to hospital with head injuries after a car hit a lamp post in Teignmouth.
A male driver has also been taken to Torbay Hospital following the incident at 12.45pm on Friday.
The accident involved a Kia Picanto.
Exeter Road was closed awaiting recovery of the vehicle.
There is currently slow traffic between Bitton Park Road and Rocky Road.
