A woman was rushed to hospital in an ambulance today after a crash in Exmouth.
The incident on St John's Road at 3.10pm this afternoon involved two cars and trapped a female inside her car.
Two fire crews from Exmouth raced to the scene and set about cutting the woman free.
She was then taken to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.
Two "walking wounded" were also treated at the scene. Police also attended the incident.
