A woman from Tiverton has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a pub customer during a disturbance at a pub in the town last year.
Stephanie Pedrick, aged 24, of Fore Street, Tiverton, denied assaulting Zoe Bean at the White ball pub on August 22, 2013.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, set a date for a trial at Exeter Crown Court in November and granted Pedrick bail.
He set a timetable for the progress of the case and the exchange of evidence including CCTV footage of the alleged assault.
