Drivers are being asked to drive with care this morning after the traffic lights on Exeter's Pinhoe Road have failed to work.
All traffic lights went out on Pinhoe Road/Hamlin Lane and Pinhoe Road/Beacon Lane at roughly 8am today.
Engineers are currently on the scene.
