AN Exeter-based member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors has recently completed the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a fully-qualified chartered surveyor.
Sue Shears, of Bradleys Chartered Surveyors in Southernhay, was born and brought up in Penzance, Cornwall.
She moved to Exeter and joined Bradleys Surveyors in 1997.
Managing director of Bradleys Surveyors, Tom Davies, Fellow of RICS, said: "We are thrilled that Sue has passed with flying colours at her first attempt.
"She has worked incredibly hard and it is a great achievement."
Sue will be carrying out residential and commercial valuations, as well as Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys: "Bradleys Surveyors has been very supportive throughout this long learning proc ess and I am really looking forward to a career in property in the South West," said Sue.
